Anyways, I started off with making a Frame out of the furring strips and used a peice of plexi for the back, then spray painted it white so It would absorb the white light inside.

You can see I mounted the 12" Cathode (Similar to a neon light) On the Bottom and mounted the transformer up on top.
I then took another peice of Plexi and cut it to size to put over the front so It would stop rain from getting in a puddling up. I hot glued it sealed tight.
I then took the rest of my furring strip and made another frame for the front.
I spray painted the Back of she Sheet metal white to absorb the white light, and painted the front black.
I made a thread on how I cut out the Dark Shadows in the sheetmetal. It was a project in my Welding class that we had to use with the Plasma Cutter.
Anyways, I drilled pilot holes through the sheetmetal, furring strips, and plexi so the wood wouldnt split and the plexi wouldnt crack. I screwed all edges down And this is what I had.

I spray painted the furring stips and the back of it black, then dry brushed it with white paint. All of my stuff around the haunt is used with this technique, so this will fit in perfect.
I needed a way to mount it so I go some eye hooks and a peice of speaker wire and made a hanger to put over a screw.
I give you, the "DARK SHADOWS BAR STYLE HAUNT SIGN"

When the haunt is running, I'm going to have a Bucky Hold it in his hands in the front yard.
