Here is my first (almost) finished prop for 2008. My static gravedigger, just missing his shovel (still need to buy) and lantern (it is somewhere in one of the many tubs of stuff in the shed!)

Thank you!! The frame is 1 1/2" PVC pipe with chicken wire. The hands are wire wrapped in newspaper and tape so the fingers bend but have some strength to them.
