Here she is - and I didn't have to do any modifications at all! (Not yet, anyway).

$30 at Garden Ridge. I thought it was the best buy there.

Well, she is made to hang, so there is no rigid structure underneath - she looks right anywhere from 5-6' tall. The shoulders and arms are foam covered wire that can be posed...skull, hands and breastplate are plastic.

I'll be making a frame so she can stand...maybe turn her into a cauldron witch. Any other ideas for her?

You could sit her down in a chair on the porch. Maybe put some tarot cards in front of her or a crystal ball like she died waiting for a customer... Just throwing things out there.. I really need to get one of those only [prob is i'll have to driveto dallas and get it as that's the closest garden ridge in this area...
