Has anyone used his before, and would you recommend it?

I've used it once on a FCG, wouldn't necessarily recommend it if there is anothe similar product available. Didn't stick too well. Would also definitely buy it at that big box super center instead of that special seasonal store.

Is that the stuff that comes out as small peices of foam? Because I have used the goul drool stuff, which may be the same. I used it on the outside of my cauldron over great stuff to look like a brew, for my stirring witch, and it was great.

i have used it, and it depends what you're planning on using it for, and it you want it to be permanent or not....

it does come out as foam like substance which is very easy to rub off, so if your looking to cover a car, fence window, etc GO FOR IT!!! if you want it to be permanent i suggest using something else ... hope i helped

Thanks everyone for the advice. I was going to get some foggers from spirit since they are have a buy one get on half off sale, and I thought I'd tack it on if it was good stuff.

i'VE USED IT AND LOVE IT. IT'S ALMOST THE CONSISTENCY OF TRICKY STRING, BUT GLOWS REALLY WELL. fOAMY IS A GREAT DESCRIPTION.

If you don't want the flaky/foamy stuff Krylon makes glow paint available in a can or spray.
