So I finally put up some other photos of props I've built and/or am building and shared them on the chat last night, but wanted to offer them up generally.
and there are some new pictures down further...as of today (Sunday)

the first two are of a "throne chair" I did a couple years ago. It's based on a chair rob zombie used to use in his stage show that I had a photo of...I started picking out standard items that looked like they were crown molding from lowes...next thing I knew I had this in my garage...

And then..this is my first attempt at a halloween mask. It's a sculpt I did of the nosferatu from "salem's lot"...got the "know how" from a site called Monster makers. Great stuff. I want to do more of this sculpting, but time it's hard to find!

and then...lastly a shot of the finials (toppers for my fake cemetary fence). I sculpted these out of clay, made several molds from latex and cheese cloth and then cast about 50 from bondo.

Absolutely incedible.

Such talent.
I love your work..Keep up the sculpting!

That will be the key to all your future endeavors..If you can sculpt, you have an edge on prop building. I too, am quite envious.

Thanks guys. I love doing this stuff. It's always great if others like it too....I'll try to get more info on the throne here pretty soon.

A creature from the black lagoon sculpt. Need to work on the eyes.

This is the "forgotten prisoner" project I'm working on...don't have the clothes on him yet or the chains hooked up....but the wall is getting there.

and here is a project I'm also in the middle of....a flying witch on a broom. This is a 2 dollar mask from wal-mart, a 2 dollar hat from big lots and my home made eyes and additional paint work on the mask.

Wow, you really are very talented. I love your sign and that Creature sculpt is fantastic!
