Garbage Can Prop?

I know about trash can trama but I saw a prop someone made where it simulates a monster inside the can. Nothing pops out. It's just chain being dragged inside and growls with fog and a strobe. Has anyone seen it? Or have instructions for it? I can't find where I saw it!

Haven't seen it, but my guess would be it is a power drill inside a garbage can connected to a chain, with the aforementioned fog, strobe and growl sounds. Hooked up to a motion sensor, it would scare the crap outta me!
