Anyone else having issues with youtube?

So I posted a video just to test out if I got the high quality video option and they took it down immediately because I used one minute of the song "highway to hell" WTF?

and about a couple months ago I posted a review of hellboy II which also got taken down because I used the trailer in my video. It's getting ridiculous

yeah youtube is stupid sometimes. a lot of the time. I like to make music videos, got two accounts banned because I used disney songs or footage.

yeah it's so ridiculous... especially because while our videos are getting taken down, there's like 5 billion other ones out there with songs in them. and to make it even better, the like 5 hours of editing that went into mine was all done to the music. I even had part of a star wars spoof done but now it probably won't even get online because of the theme song... and you can't have star wars without the theme song. Grrrr

yeah, I'm always a little worried that my account will get banned again because of the videos on it. Such as my haunt photo slide show has nightmare before christmas music on it.

What do you know about viddler? I have an account on there for NaNoWriMo(see other post) and I'm wondering how strict they are about music.
