Thought I would share my prop building adventure with everyone. I found some forums and some sites that helped me along the way. Then thought up some ideas of my own and ran with it. It took me about 2 weeks start to finish. I wish I would have started it earlier but I’ll work on some more of the details for next year. Check out the link.

How did you make it jerk around like that? I tried doing that with some old Nintendo Gamecube control's vibrators but it did not work out well.

I used a battery charger for my power source set at 10 amps and connected it to the fast side wire of the wiper motor. I think the fast moving motion along with the spring in the head did the trick.:googly:

I used pipe strap to strap the body to the chair bottom. I put the body together put the jump suit on the chair then put the body inside and screwed it to the chair. So anyway I think the creek is coming from the pipe strap/cloth/probably to tight. Check out the link.

I have some reconstructing to do over the summer. I was pressed for time when I put this prop together. But it was a start for me. I'm still learning.
