New Moderator: Ms. Wicked

I'd like to announce the latest addition to our scream team of moderators, Ms. Wicked! She will be lending a hand moderating the Costumes and Makeup forum. As you all probably know, Ms. Wicked is quite the seamstress and will fit in perfectly as the mod of her chosen forum.
