I urge everyone to take a look at the following links. I'm afraid it's just a matter of time before the unscrupulous Noel Lee comes lurking after even the smallest of home haunts. He's a bloodthirsty vampire seeking victims and will gladly eviscerate the most innocent among us...

Use Google to see how far the carnage reaches. This man, Noel Lee, and his company (which make an inferior product, in my opinion and I've been in the audio/video industry for many years) are truly SCARY...

They gonna sue Pixars Monsters Inc.? Monster Trucks? Monster Energy Drinks? "Monster" is too common a word, so it can't be copyrighted unless it's used in CONJUCTION with another noun. So, Monster Cables CAN sue someone if they use the name "Monster Cables" exactly, but not one or the other independently. "Pepsi" is a made up, unique name. You can't use Pepsi Cables, or Pepsi Golf. Bottom line is the guy is nuts. Shame too, It's not smart to piss off so many people. Sadam Hussain was hung for that.

It seems that Mr. Lee has been swayed. I commend him for this. With that said, I STILL won't be selling any Monster Cable product.
