Contest: HauntForum 2008 DVD Cover

2008 HAUNTFORUM DVD COVER CONTEST
For this year's DVD, we have received very few still photos. I'd like to get more in from you fiends without camcorders so I'm sweetening the pot a little...

All photos submitted to us for the 2008 DVD are eligible to become the cover of the DVD! The winner of the coveted DVD cover prize will receive a fantastic prize courtesy of our sponsor The Skeleton Store (http://www.skeletonstore.com).

RULES

The deadline for submissions is the end of the day Friday March 13, 2009. All entries sent in after that date are not eligible for the prize.
Submissions for this contest will only be accepted from registered HauntForum members living in the continental United States ages 18 and up.
Banned users and users temporarily or permanently banned before the winner has been selected will not be eligible to win.
A person who submitted video to the DVD may opt to send along a photo or two for inclusion in this contest.
From the submissions received, the forum administrator will select between five and ten entries as the best of the best. Out of these selected photos, the registered users of HauntForum will vote on which photo will adorn the cover of the 2008 HauntForum Haunter's DVD Set.
User voting will take place between March 14, 2009 and the end of the day on March 21, 2009.
The user with the most votes will win the Dog Skeleton and the right to be the cover photo for the 2008 DVD Set. In the event of a tie, names of all tied participants will be entered into a hat and the winner will be the first name drawn from the hat.
All photos remain the property of their respective owners, however HauntForum retains the right to use the winning photo for the DVD cover and any other submitted materials as content on the DVD.

If you are entering a single photo for the sole purpose of being in the contest, you may also E-Mail (webmaster@hauntforum.com) your photo to me.

Question - if we submit a single photo as an entry for the cover contest, may we email it to you directly or would you still prefer submission using the routes specified for the DVD videos?

Although I know I wouldn't win with my pictures, but does the pictures on the CD w/video count? I see only some people in the picture section and I didn't know if they were the only people qualified? Just curious!
