I put together a prop construction page on my website for the Stalker costume I built for the 2005 season. There are Autocad drawings and such.....

This costume absoluteley FREAKED the kids out.....the parents were amazed. Check it out and build one for yourself. It took about 1 week to build.

I'll post more details later

Have fun

Awesome Shadow! Very good, and easy to follow directions also. I saw a similar design somewhere recently, where they based the frame on an army surplus pack frame, which distributed the weight perfectly. I bet you had a blast with it, lol.

What was your idea for lightening the arms?

Hey that is a cool idea. I wonder if I can modify it to be a pez dispenser? I could have it shoot candy bars out its nose. That would be cool!

Giant Pez dispenser with "Mega Shooting Action" tm! Now that's a prop worth considering! Bravo DT, bravo...

Very nice! I bet those PVC arms do get quite heavy. Were they the thinnest walled pipes you can find? You can probably do away with some weight by elminiating the threaded rod for posable fingers, or at least replacing it with something more lightweight. What was the diameter of that rod?

Good work, keep it up!

Really amazing. I am always amazed that a small amount of hair on a skull makes such a difference. And I love the skeleton hands too
