My "vision" for the entrance of my walkthrough haunt has always been a talking skull, butler, etc that recited the story of the huant. Sadly I have NO electronic/wiring/hacking skills so this has never come to be. Is there a relatively cheap solution?

You could also check out www.scary-terry.com for a how to for a servo it's not that hard to do or www.cowlacious.com they have already assembeled
scary terry talking skulls that are not too expensive.
