I just happened to be visiting Victoria a couple of weeks ago and literally stumbled across this (all year?) Haunted House. They also run it alongside a mask, costume, and prop store.
The address is 1251 Government Street, Victoria in the Trounce Alley (downstairs).

The entry fee of $8 is well worth the price including fantastic props, sets, lights, sound and a couple of great animatronics. The shopkeeper tells me that they are always adding and improving - so you know I'll be back!
