Akobari has been laid to rest
His arms have been placed across his chest
Where his legs are, we dont know
But now there's place for the moss to grow.

Craft paint for top coat 1.00

I started by tightly rolling newspaper to make the ribs, securing them with duct tape to a wrapping paper roll that I used as the spine. Some of the wrapping paper roll I used for shoulders. I cut them down some from this picture. I then used a glue and water mix to mache over the torso with newspaper.

I attached the head with hot glue and made arms out of two more wrapping paper rolls and attached them with duct tape. The hands are trace outs of my hands on a Cheerio box, again attached with duct tape and folded a bit to give them some shape.

I then paper mached over everything with paper towels a couple of layers. I did a base coat of a dark gray oops paint and then dry brushed over the top with brown and beige craft paints. The cavity opening got filled with great stuff, painted and then I glued on the moss.
