Deathtouch's Pumpkinrot

Like ScareFx, I decided to take a stabe at making Pumpkinrot. Here is what I got done so far.

Yah i had a stab it myself this halloween but it was pretty tame. It wasnt as kool looking. lol mostly cause i made it in 2 hours with wood from a tree in my backlyard that i 'decided" to cut down that day in the rain lol. Anyway thats looking great so far!

I am also taking a stab at vilethings flying skeleton. I am going to replace my ghost with this flying skeleton. It takes some time.

It's looking good Deathtouch.
I did the vilethings skeleton marionette last year and it's a really cool idea but it's difficult to make and very time consuming. I should've started mine earlier, it probably would've looked better if I had taken more time with it. I'm glad to see that you're getting an early start...you'll be glad you did ;)

Thank you very much Blackwidow. I am already glad I am doing it early. I can see if I am going to do it right, it is going to take me some time. My wife liked the Pumpkinrot so much that she wants to do a baby rot. My plan is to make a stem that will connect both Pumpkinrots. Like they are connected some how. I think I might use flexible conduit for that. But I started so early because I do Christmas too. My big plans for Christmas are to make a Christmas Ferris wheel. I hope it comes out good.

Very, very nice DeathTouch! It's really great you're working hard through this "slow" season. I'm not motivated to get going quite yet, but you're are making me feel like I need to get back into it. Keep posting your progress.

I hadn't really considered doing my own Pumpkinrot 'til now. :) I guess I know what's replacing my scarecrow this year! Great work; I'm way impressed!

Hey ScareFX, I will have to thank you for your suggestion of Death Studios. For Christmas I bought a mask from them. I think it gets shipped next week. I got Hemmlock for my main Halloween project this year. Can't tell you what it is right now because it keeps changing all the time. I guess I will telling everyone when I know what the hell it is. LOL. Thanks ScareFX.

You're welcome DeathTouch. I hope you enjoy your mask as much I have mine. Do be patient with Death Studios. It's a real small operation. They will get your mask shipped and it will be top quality. Well worth the wait.
