Glowing orbs

I'm sure most of you know about the Glowing Orbs but I thought I'd have a go with some cheap UV LEDs that I picked up on eBay. With white balloons I'm hoping you will get a really odd glow.

If you put "Armor All" on the balloons they will last longer. If you do not they will deflate overnight.

Thanks for the tip - I always got annoyed at how quickly the Helium leaked away on latex balloons!

Does the armor all go on the outside or the inside? This may sound like a dumb question - but I've seen them squirt stuff into balloons before they fill them at the party store.

It can go either inside or wipe on the exterior of the balloon.
