To make Dream Recall Tea add ¼ cup of dried mugwort to 2 tablespoons
of dried rosemary. Add the ingredients to 2 cups of boiling water.
Steep for at least 10 minutes before straining. Sweeten with honey if
desired

Hmmm...interesting. I'm guessing this is for people who have a hard time recalling what they dreamt about when they wake up since mugwort can limit one's ability to sleep deeply.

Always been interested in Dreams. I kept a dream diary for a while. I was so into it, that if I asked my dream what a certain dream meant, I would have a dream that night showing me what it meant. One time I had a dream about a monster, as a kid. I asked my dream, which I call my dream God, to show me what it meant. The following night I dreamed of being in a theater. As I watched the movie being played, I noticed that it was my dream from last night. The same monster that had haunted me the whole week. All of a sudden the movie showed a split screen. It showed the monster on one side, my dad on the other. Humm you must be saying. I had forgotten that my sister was fighting with my dad and called him a monster all week.
