Does anyone know where to buy and if there is a type of solution or application to put on your Latex props so the Sun doesn’t damage them?

I'd be interested to see if something like that exists for latex props.

I don't know how well it works, but I read somewhere once about using Armor-All.

According to a suba divers site the oil in sun screen cause the wet suits to break down.

Adam makes a good point - oils (particularly petroleum-based) will cause latex to deteriorate. Someone on the "other" forum mentioned sunblock as well, but you definitely need to check the ingredients.

playfx-- Have you tried this on Latex props? it doesn’t eat away at the material?

I haven't had any problems with it eating the latex, but i go with very light coats so i don't get cracking in the finish, also i try and keep my props from full sunlight. If you get some do some test first and see if it works for you.
