This is all I have right now. The pipes are slash cut tubes I found at work, the keyboards are two electonic casios or something like that. Thats not how its going to sit but just put it together to get an idea of whats going on.

if by chance yer lookin for idea's devious concoctions has a great web site, they have the instructions for an animated organist. it is where i picked up some ideas for the organ i'm working on.

Thanks everyone! Still working on the playing mechanism. Was going to have it play it's self but might look into just putting a animated organist Like st gabriel suggested.

I'm having a hard time coming up with a way to brake it down for storage. I'm running out of space!!!

oh fer sure you want to check out DC props, he put together and organ, and the skelly, playing it and if i'm not mistaken it is able to be disassembled.
