2009 T-Shirt Pre-Order!

We are now accepting pre-orders on our 2009 HauntForum T-Shirt (http://shop.hauntforum.com/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=12). This year's shirts are an all-new design thanks to last year's "Design-a-T-Shirt" contest winner, Craig Schriber (aka Forum Member "Devils Chariot"). The pre-order period will run from August 9, 2009 until the end of the day on August 23, 2009. For the entire pre-order period the shirts will be sold at a price of $12.00 as our way of saying "Thank you for ordering early." All orders after the pre-order is over will be at the normal price of $15.

At the end of the pre-order period I will place my order with the screen printer. The shirts should arrive to HauntForum.com within two weeks and then I'll ship them out to all who ordered and issued payment.

Get a shirt to keep you looking cool this fall! A haunter's gotta look scary while setting up their spooky stuff. :biggrinkin:

The combo pack will come later, after the pre-order. The pricing on a combo pack is going to be slightly higher than the combined pre-order pricing so you should just order them separately now if you intend to buy both.

The word on Hoodies is I don't think I'm doing them this year. Last year I barely had enough in the pre-order to get quantity pricing that made it worth the effort. The leftover stock took a long time to move as well.

Today is the last day for pre-orders! Once the day ends, new purchases will be put on hold until our stock arrives.

The order will be placed with HauntForum's vendor tomorrow and I expect the shirts will be here at HFHQ within two weeks time (usually shorter).

The DVD order is placed and will be here before we know it.

However, the t-shirt order has not been placed yet as I am hunting down a number of "non-payers" so I can have the capital to make the shirt purchase. There is a significant enough a number of late payers that it may mean I can't order extra stock to keep on hand unless I get their payment. I will keep you all updated.

Not complaining per se... ZF you do so much work on this stuff I have no qualms about the price charged, I know you ain't rakin' it in or anything. It's just that once in a millenium you'd think I'd take the 90 sec required to save 5 bucks by ordering before the due date... some folks never learn... :rolleyes:

The proof of the artwork came in today and I gave it the 'ole seal of approval! I anticipate the shirts will arrive either late this week, or sometime next week. :D

The shirts were listed as being "In Production" over the weekend so I will probably receive them this week. The DVD-only orders have all shipped at this point so if you ordered a shirt with your DVD you'll receive them both once I receive the shirts from the vendor.

Most of the shirts will be here tomorrow. There was a problem with the printer so the 2XLs are shipping separately and will be here Monday. I will be packaging and shipping whatever arrives tomorrow.
