Hello, I've been lurking here for a long while and finally decided to sign up. I live in North Texas, and since last October I've been a volunteer with a Haunted House business in my town. Last October I was an actor/costumer and I intend to do much the same this year.
I know this is not the place for advertising, so I won't go into any details about the Haunt to which I am attached, except to say I have the privilege of working with a talented, imaginative, and incredibly enthusiastic group of people.
Halloween has always been my favorite holiday, and it is very encouraging to see that so many people share my love for it. I've gotten a lot of great ideas and information from this forum over the past year, and I'd love to share my ideas as well.
My primary interests are costuming, prop building, and watching horror films. Even the ones considered to be very bad. I also dabble in screenwriting.
