The Brevard zoo has an Extreme Dinosaur display this spring, and I saw it today and was impressed! Real size dinosaurs that moved! Even a T-Rex and a Spinosaurous. Now that I have been studying all of this prop building stuff, I figured Latex or something like that over pnuematic frame. They also had a display that showed how they did it. I snapped a couple of picks:

Sturdy metal frame and air hoses, just like I see you guys do all the time. I was impressed with the internals, looks like they had a main compressor hose comining in, and thin air hoses going to the prop. You could move it's tail, head and mouth by pushing a button.
