My husband is 6'7, 315lbs. will this fit a man that size, he does our grilling at the Halloween party and would like to get him one if they are big enough.

You know, I have no idea if it'd fit a guy that big. With Cafepress, I just imprint an image on an item that they manufacture, so that question may be better fielded by them. To be honest, I'd have to say it may not fit him simply due to his height. It may look kinda like the "Big guy little suit" routine from the movie Tommy Boy. :p
