Hi,
My name is Rob and I'm happy to have found HauntForum. It's an awesome place to share ideas and I'm excited to have found other people who like Halloween as much as myself.
I'm a professional magician in the Denver area for over 10 years. My website is MagicRob.com if you're interested.
Magic and Halloween go hand in hand. Halloween gives me something non-magical to divert my creative energies to. I like haunting and magic because both strive to take people out of their normal monotonous range of life experience and place them in unusual and unique situations, making them feel more alive and "in the moment."
I have a wife and 3 wonderful children, and preparing for our annual Halloween party is a fun family activity that pretty much takes the entire month of October. If it was up to me I'd leave the Halloween stuff up year round but the boss (aka the wifey) feels differently. Oh well, you know what they say "a happy wife makes a happy life."
I look forward to exchanging ideas and learning from you all.
