Hey Guys,
I'd like to attempt to make a Waylighter like Eric has on his site, but I'm having trouble following his directions. To look at the Ambush prop he has on his site http://vilethings.com/ambush_prop_torso_project.htm#ambush_hands, it appears to be, well, confusing. Does he first make an arm out of clay, then cut it in half, then box it in with plexiglass and pour in plaster, and then pour in latex?
I would really like to follow his Corkus directions: http://vilethings.com/corkus_prop_body_project.htm#hands_forearms,
but I'm having trouble following that as well. Did he make a clay arm on TOP of the plaster? Or did he set an arm INTO the plaster?
I guess what I want is to have and arm like the Corkus has, with a lightweight real look, made out of latex with PVC pipe sticking out where I can just PVC glue the frame together, then dress it. If I can get those arms, I'm thinking I can monster mud a torso and legs, cover it with old clothes, and put a mask for a face. But I would really like to try these arms. Thanks for any help you can provide.
Rick

You might want to contact Eric. I have been talking to him about the flying skeleton. He is really nice.
