Does any one know if there is a paint out there that I can use to create this effect but where it would only show up under black light. I guess I'm asking is there a transparent uv paint?

Use Liquid Tide detergent. it dries clear but glows great under blacklight.

I think that would work pretty good as long as the actors didn't sweat the stuff into their eyes. Another solution might be to look at these http://www.glonation.com/

Let me be clear that I know nothing about them (they just look cool) and I don't know if it would be a product you could smear all over your face (or anywhere else for that matter). Look at the FAQ section - I think they might work?

I guess I didn't understand that you wanted to paint people. Don't think that would work out too well. I diluted it 50% with water to get it to spray from a squirt bottle to use on my FCG. Worked great.

Kryolan makes a UV make-up. I've never used this particular product but I have used their other make-ups and it's great stuff. Here is a link to a supplier of the UV make-up:

I've also used Clear Neon.. Really REALLY good stuff. Expensive though.... but was well worth it... I painted my whole driveway in it a few years ago... and as the daylight dimmed and the UV kicked in, the result was spectacular. No-one knew it was there till it got dark.

Thank you Allen H that is exactly what I was looking for. The paint is for several pictures that will be in a long hallway, but now that everyone has mentioned painting an actor HHMMMM??? might look into that too. Thank you Everyone!

If this is going on people, you should use blacklight makeup rather than paint. Here's a couple of links
