I'm going to have to ask that everyone refrain from making "Come chat with me" posts from now on. They have a very limited shelf life and just wind up taking up database space once that short lifespan has expired.

People can see who's in the chat room at any given time in the special "Members currently using Flashchat" box at the bottom of the main forum page.

If there is somebody active in the forum you need to chat with just send them a pm. That works better anyway.
