New Website for Home and Pro Haunters - HauntersDigest.com

Hey Everyone,

I wanted to let everyone know about a new website that I've just launched. The haunt industry is filled with many very talented and hard-working individuals that develop new and brilliant ideas for their haunts every year. They then share those ideas and past experiences with their fellow haunters on websites, blogs, forums, magazines, and podcast. But I found that there was no central spot that a haunter could visit to find a listing of those new updates and postings. This is why HauntersDigest.com was designed.

We will go across the internet to find updates from blogs, forums, and other websites and relay those updates to you here when we find them. If any haunter has any updates that they would like to share with the community, they should feel free to send us a note using our contact page.

Supported by the use of websites, social networks, and other tools, we hope to provide the haunt community a wide variety of resources and information to help ensure the continued growth and success of the haunt industry. Every contribution by our supporters, either by submitting industry news, haunt updates, featured articles, or by contributing with word-of-mouth advertising about our site to other haunters, is helping us to accomplish that goal. The haunt industry already has a great community and it’s our hope to help make it feel just a little bit closer with our site.

Thanks for sharing, I am a bit confused. I went to your site, and have a few questions,

1. If I click on one of the tutorials (any of them but we will use one here for example) build your own vacuform table I go to a page with a brief description of the project. But no real tutorial... should there be a link to the original work? or should I actually see the tutorial instructions?

2. Please don't be offended, but is this going to be another page of links to others work you update daily weekly monthly?? or will your website monitor other sites, forums, blogs ect for you and we will see multiple updates per day?

The website will be updated as soon as updates are either discovered or submitted by haunts, vendors, and/or other contributors. I'll do my best effort to make sure that there is something added to the website daily.

I had seen your posts over on HauntWorld and the site looks great! It's got tons of potential!

I'm in the process of possibly going pro this year if you'd be interested in doing a story on our haunt...

Just wanted to put out a reminder to all the pro and home haunters, if you have photos of your haunt that you would like to have added to the Haunters Digest Haunt Gallery, please feel free to send them! Over the next few weeks, I'll be posting some featured haunts on the site and we love to have as many haunts as we can to showcase to the haunt community!
