OK, I finished the make-over of the dancing Santa. After trying 4 or 5 different hat styles on him, this is the one I decided on. I tried to rotate the pics but for some reason, even though it says they have been rotated, they aren't so I apologize in advance. This is the finished project, I think, unless you guys have any other suggestions. Thanks for all your help.

I love it, trishanne! The moss is a great touch and the mouse is a cutie! I think he'll be a hit with the kids!

Sound? Sure, he sings Christmas carols. However, since I don't know how to wire him to be in synch to my music, I have his volume turned all the way down so he still dances and his mouth still moves but nothing comes out. I'll have our Halloween music playing so he'll be singing to that instead. I'm working on the guitar player and the drummer now! The guitar player is almost finished, I just need to make her an arm and PVC body. Her head will turn back and forth (hopefully).

LOL! I love him! He's so cute! I always wanted to hack one of those Santas, but I never wanted to pay full price for him, and they never make it to the after-Christmas sales around here.

I actually got 2 of these for $20.00 each after Christmas. I got a white one and a black one. I'm not allowed to hack up the black one 'cause hubby says to give the poor guy a break since they always die, if not first, at least in the first half of most horror movies. He is SOOO sensitive, LOL. I plan on getting a few more after this Christmas too. There are just too many ideas running through my head of what to do to them.

He looks fabulous Trishaanne, very ZZ top-ish with that beard, but I love it.
can't wait to see the trio all done up.
