I stayed home from work today (I ate something bad last night). And I started cleaning up the shop. I was standing there looking at last years props and I saw the scarecrow I made hanging on the wall. This was the first mache I had ever done.

The funny thing is last year I was having trouble getting in the prop building mood. I had all the stuff for the ScareFX witch on hand, but just couldnt get going. I happened to be reading the halloween forum and I saw the deathtouch post about his "Johnny Appleseed" scarecrow. I started looking at his prop pics, and man did that ever get me going. I still havent been able to stop building. It was this pic inparticular that inspired me to start building last year again http://home.comcast.net/~deathtouchhorrors/pic/2005f.jpg
