Witch

Im making a witch stiring a couldron.
Let me know what you think about the head so far. She still needs hair, not sure if i'll do gray or black, and the final paint. Any suggestions?

HI j3, First off you got some nice stuff on your page. As far as the witch goes I would consider white hair, but really most natural colors might work. (not blonde). The color of the costume for the witch will also play a part in the hair color. I am making a stirring witch myself this year. I plan on using a BBQ spit motor in the bottom of the pot to turn the stirring pole and a small (400wt) fogger and a light of some color in the pot.(fogger on the outside of coarse).
Anyway you do some nice work there. By the way I really like the dragon motion clip on the page. If you have any more like that I would like to see them for my collection.

Bone, i was thinking like a white/gray old lady looking hair.
Whats a bbq spit motor? Im gonna use a wiper motor I have and a pc power supply for the stick and a osc. fan motor for the head.
If you have any pics of yours or progress let me know. Im still working on it and ideas are always great.
I'll look up and see where I got the dragon, and let you know.

My opinion on the hair? I think on her, black with a white streak in it would look great.

Tis the season for witches...I'm also making a stirring witch..using an old record player for the motor..I agree with merlin black stringy hair would

Hey, I am making a witch too. My wife brough home a blue 55 gal barrel for me from work. And I bought two motors, but I think one of them won't work for the head. I need more torque Mr. Scott. I was thinking about making the head like Pumpkinrot's witch. I thought that might look cool. I also have the audio from ScareFX's witch so mine will be a combo of many haunter's witches in one big pile.

very nice on the witch Johnny, I think what Michigal said black hair with a white -to on the cauldron is excellent as well. I think I might have to add making a witch to my list of props.
