Dont know if it will work for you, but doing the following worked for me.

1. Go to http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html#117717%278%27

and delete all sites.

2. Clear cookies from your browser. Kill the browser start a new one and try again.

OK, try this.

Go to http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager.html

click on 'How do I get t the Settings Manager', then click 'Website Storage Settings', hopefully that might bring up settings manager.

Everyone should do this before chatting again JUST IN CASE the file on your machine's cache does have something wrong with it.
