Really nice effect and quite clever mechanism

Per contest rules the motor, walwart and "prop" are not part of total cost.
but the motor is one of those 12v automotive motors everyone has been using. cost on it was $8.00

as far as "Prop" i was not sure what to call the prop on this and I knew I was under the $100 limit so i included everything else in the cost.

Wow. That's a very creepy effect, and a nice voice-over, too. Reminds me of the grave in the Hallowed Haunting Grounds, which was a prop I've envied for years. Another cool variant of the FCG mechanism.

Man..you could make props look like they are breathing.
I don't think we have seen anything like it.

I love this effect. So very creepy. I have been thinking about a prop like this, but never came up with an idea as cool as yours. It will definitely have those ToTs thinking twice about walking past.

EXCELLENT effect and a very ingenious mechanism. Once again I am awed by the abilities of people in this forum.
Reminds me of the scene from the old B&W UK movie 'Quatermass and the Pit' - great movie and well worth getting - creepy even now.
In it, a worker falls to the ground and the ground is rippling under him.

I agree a very clever take on the crank mechanism! The use of the blinds was pure genius. Every contest with this group brings out more and more creativity.

Very cool. I saw a prop like this last year. But it sold for 400 bucks. Do you have a video of the movement before the exterior? Im sure we would all love a how-to on this. Great job!!

Very nice & something I'd be interested to apply at my own graveyard, thanks! A how-to would be awesome, if you can, that is.
Thank you all for the comments. After the contest i will put together a quick TUT.
