mounting a lowes talking skeleton

Happy Halloween to All! I have several of the talking skulls from Lowes and would like to know if anyone has any ideas on how to mount them onto a pvc for a skelly. I am trying to make a leer with the skull like Spooky Sam did. The skull is a little heavy so am not quite sure how to do this. Spooky had his idea on a post under Lowes Talking Skelly. Thanks for any help!

CAH - I believe I mounted it with a piece of scrap steel I bent and screwed to the skull and PVC. I can't go into much detail now because I don't remember exactly how it was done and the prop is still packed away.
