Custom Avatars and User Titles!

Are we allowed to have Custom Avartars and User Titles? Just curious.

Custom avatars are fine as long as they follow the rules for them in the forum rules post. I could probably hack the forum to allow users to do custom titles, but I've decided NOT to hack this forum. It was impossible to update the old site's vBulletin version due to the hacks I performed, and I want to keep the forums up-to-date.
