Hey Grapegrl, just wanted to tell you about the rumor that went around about Chris - He used to have to pay 9000.00 per month in support payments for 3 kids and a spouse. (this was after he went to the NHL of course) She used to like to shop too. Now I bet the support is higher....

I don't doubt it...he's a rather, um, "fruitful" guy. Unfortunately, athletes are pretty well known for letting their 'little head' make stupid decisions for them... From what I've heard about him, he's a real down-to-earth guy...very outdoorsy and not caught up in all the celebrity involved in the sport.

I'm going to get the entire box set of all the movies on DVD, though...probably as a holiday gift to myself ;) . I had watched the first set of movies to the point that I could say the lines along with the characters. They are amazingly well-done productions and I like that time period as well.

I agree. Wonderfully made. They must have spent a mint on building the ship, costumes, etc. It's all so authentic and makes it a joy to watch. I think there are eight out now. Hopefully, they'll continue to make them because I'm sure they're great sellers. I recieved an autographed photo of Capt. Pellew that I adore and apparently Ioan has his mother read/respond to all his mail, so I'm going to give that a try too. Wouldn't THAT be nice to have!!!
