New Registrations

New user registrations are presently turned OFF. There is an issue that has arisen due to the site having been hacked the other day that needs to be resolved before I can turn it back on.

I see the like function is also switched off presumably as a result of the hack as well?

Yes. Until it is crystal clear how the hacker got in, the addons I have installed here will be shut off. One of the addons, the forum rules system seems to be the gateway that the hacker used to get in. I just want to wait it out for a few more days until the final determination has been made as to what the problem area was.

I have a friend still trying to register. Any idea when that function will be re-enabled?

I have just now re-enabled it.
