Can I mark a thread as a favorite?

There's a few threads I really like to refer back to every so often. Is there a way to mark them as a favorite so I don't have to try and remember them?

A few options are
1) bookmark the threads. This would be pc specific.
2) subscribe to the threads. Not pc specific. Under User CP you should see a link on the left side that lists the threads you've subscribed to
