ok so the ruler is hardly part of it.

i made it out of:

a fence post, a ruler shard, and a sign from big lots of and a bone from otc. the ruler shard is nailed into the back of the post, and the foam bone is just pushed onto it, foam is soft enough. Then i made holes in the foam and put the chain from the sign into it. its about 5 feet tall.


the images are overexposed........crappy camera (one-step-up-from-a-webcam-camera)

ill probably put pvc on the back with rebar to put it in the ground in the front of meh yard. whatcha think?

I like it. Im working on my "haunt" sign tonight as I need to get something done and cannot work on my scarecrow for a few more weeks. I may just have to add a little of your creative detail to it.

it is a nice sign, looks real good.. how are you at wittling ? just an idea but maybe your next sign the main post is a bone also.
hmm now that gives me another idea to think about

well i took a wooden ruler and cut it the long way and the short way. and made it kinda pointy. thanks for the kind words everyone
