Here's a picture of the back outside portion of my haunt. I still need to buy and build around 15 more walls to finish the back section out. One person building, moving and putting up walls is a long tiresome job. Hopefully the back section will be finished by this weekend. Then I can clean out the garage and start building in it. The only section that wont have wood walls is...my haunt graveyard (there will also be a graveyard out front). I'm going to use the large tree in my graveyard so I'm going to use plastic for the outside L shape of the graveyard.

I hope I don't need a permit... I also hope no one makes any complaints. I usually don't start building the haunt till Sept 18th. The reason I usually start on the 18th is because if someone did complain...I would have 45 days to take it down before the city could do anything.

I'm lucky I have a privacy fence on both side....the only people that can see it is in the back. But I did make the back walls facing those neighbors...fairly neat. I even painted the back side so all the wood would look close to the same. One of these days I will put a 8 foot high fence across the back...then I might not ever take my haunt down:)

Here's a picture of what the neighbors behind my house can see....since this picture was taken I added 16 feet on the side with the fence in the picture. I also took the braces (wood leaning on the walls) down.

My graveyard will be built around this tree. It's the only part of the haunt that wont be under roof. The grave yard will be 20 x30

The haunt is actually a little smaller this year. Last year I built a 16x20 room on the front of my garage and this long 27 foot wall down the side of the garage. I'm not building this part of the haunt this year but I did add some of the space onto the back.
