I will say a topic such as movie title, song title, actor, etc. and I will put up the topic with the missing letters. You have to try to guess it in one guess. You can guess again if you got it wrong after someone guesses it and they don't get it right.
Topic= Movie Title
_ _ E / L _ _ T / _ _ Y S

Well, since this is a Halloween Forum, I'm sticking with Horror themes. This one is a movie. Incidentally, it's also a short story. :)

Sinister
08-29-2005, 03:45 PM
Not to be like our good friend, The Shape, I guess it's time we gave out a clue here; don't want to go over a year and this puzzle is still unsolved. :D
Let me see what I can give you: This movie has a whole lot of star appearances. One or two of them are major names, though they weren't back then. The major stars then have been reduced to B-Grade status now, and still and yet, there were others who would give Julie, the cruise director on The Love Boat serious pause whether or not their kind would even be on the guest list of The Pacific Princess. Can't really much tell you what's going on, but judging from the likes and dislikes of our fellow board members, there's something for everybody. :p
Zombie-F

Just to inject something to the rules here...
From now on, we should all do what Tammy's doing. Just put the current incarnation of the solution in our replies that tell whether or not a letter was revealed. Having to go back a page or two to edit your puzzle, as well as go back a page or two to view the current puzzle is kind of annoying.
Anyway, are there any "N"s for Mr. Spaulding?

Hey Sinister, could you possibly post the current solution to the hangman in your replies like Tammy did? Just a though. :D
Sinister
09-06-2005, 10:19 AM
Sorry dude, when I replied to the post last night, I was three sheets to the wind--drunk from Skyy Vodka/Rock Stars and wheat beer, and euphoric that Florida State upset Miami breaking M.U.'s 6 game winning streak. :googly: I'm actually surprised that what I did write made any sense at all. :D

Zombie-F
09-27-2005, 05:47 PM
Uh ryan, the way it works is it starts with no letters showing and people have to guess letters that might be in it. If a letter is in it, you reveal only the letters shown and the next person guesses a letter until someone can guess the puzzle.

I know it's not "Clash of the Titans", but it reminds me of it, and as such, reminds me of that kid in Mr Brown's room back in high school who, when he screened it for us, and another kid asked (referring to Harry Hamlin), "who's that?", replied "that's Clash!"
Ah, jocularity!
