Okay,

1- find out registration.

2- find out if you have to pay for classes/lectures (at Ironstock all this is FREE!)

3- check mapquest.com for a quick estimation of miles. Figure out roughly from that how much gas you'll need to pay one way and multiply that by 2 for round way. If you plan on driving.

4-call the hotel and find out prices. Decide on how many nights to stay. and reserve them

5- give yourself enough money to eat and any mad moola if you want any.

That's should be all there is to it! :D

When checking around, I did find that I could get a round trip ticket and hotel room for 4 nights in Evansville,--without the Ironstock discount---for under $700-----but then i would be stranded in Evansville cuz I'd have nothing to rent a car with and no money for food....... And who would be in Evansville that would want to pick me up and drop me off everyday? :D LOL
