How do you customize your avatar

I have posted over ten times but I don't see any option to customize.

The ability to have a custom avatar iis something you get after you've made 10 posts. The script that needs to run to give you the ability to change your avatar runs once an hour, so it could take up to an hour after you make your 10th post for the ability to be turned on for you.
