What is the best recipe for making teeth out of clay? I tried the white bread method and although they looked very good they dried and broke off my skulls mouth. I need something that will dry hard and durable, any suggestions?

I've heard that hot glue works...never tried it myself. Another person in my area uses denture teeth she buys online.

Sculpy clay is very durable stuff. I haven't used it for teeth myself, though. I squirt hot glue into a tooth-shaped mold, dunk it in ice water and pop out a tooth. I have 3-4 different shapes carved into a block of plastic. I can make a mouthful of teeth in about 20 mins. They don't take paint very well, so I use fingernail polish to get a rotten, yellowed look.

I always grab teeth during the clearance sales after Halloween. I have also used caulk to make long pointy teeth, which are slightly flexible but durable.

Clay would work but I think I would add a pin .. so it would be easier to attach , dont know how well clay glues on. I use crayola model magic clay..
It air dries.
