Yea, only about a third are active, yet I can't imagine helping moderating 1000 active members..Yikes! :eek:

I think we're looking at 1100 this week.
On a side note, for the most part, members have always out numbered the visitors on most days.
We just have a more active group of great haunters than most.

I think an even more important statistic than forum membership in total, is the "active" member count. There are lots of people who sign onto a forum, and are never heard from again. Here we have over 400 active members. The forum membership here is encouraged to participate by their peers, and in general, we just all get along. It's a beautiful thing.

yes, active is a key word.
One thing I had noticed and may mentioned before is that usually we have more members online at any given time than guests. That is most of the time.
As the season picks up,m we'll see where it goes.
But for now, over 1100 as I predicted. But that (hopefully) is induced by a few of the fliers going out in my packages for the last 4 weeks???
I can only hope so???
