Been working on my hangman today and its coming along pretty good. I have the wiper motor running with a small weight inside to give it motion. I want more motion but thats as fast as the motor will spin. Any suggestions to get more action, let me know. My video will come soon...

The motor spins the weight around in the bucket (chest) which give him motion. There are a few tutorials here for you to look at!

Well you could look at this http://www.hauntershangout.com/home/santahangman.asp would give you more motion instead of spinning a weight around

That dancing santa hangman is really "jackin" around! Thats nothing like the motion I get. Seems like others get more "spin" and "movement" with the Wiper motor but mine is not very spastic. I want spastic.

Maybe next year Ill go with the Santa but I have mine almost finished and need to move on to other projects and not start from scratch (but thanks for that awesome video)!

sometimes if you put some kind of weight in the feet or at the ankles, it will really get the thing kicking around. i put a few rocks in his shoes. worked out well.

You may want to try a flasher circuit inline for the motor to give it a more random movement
