Mannequin help needed

Hi all. I've got some maqnnequin parts that are starting to show surface cracks and wear. I'm assuming these things are fiberglass, are they? Does anyone know how I can stabilize them so they don't deteriorate any further?

Vlad, dear. They're PROPS! They're supposed to look a little worn and rough. If you can't figure out what to do with them, feel free to bring them to my house and leave them on my porch, I'm ssure I could use them for something.

The problem isn't their appearance, it's that this is the first step towards disintegration I believe. Since I was hoping to incorporate them into a fairly elaborate prop, I don't want to waste the effort if they can't be saved.
