I wanted to do a different take on a classic Monster Mud prop, the Reaper. I call it the Gate Keeper. The Gate Keeper is all monster mud, burlap over chicken wire, except for the right arm (a bucky arm), the head, and the lantern.

Yeah, that is great work. I envision him sitting high upon a pedestal looking down on all of your guest. Awsome job.

Very, very nice, HJ! The missing finger really lends an aura of weathering and age to him. Now, how about a pair of them as graveyard entrance guardians?

Thanks again everyone for the comments, I'm glad you like him. I have the other arm, and another skull and lantern, so I think I will nake a matching one in a different pose so the pair can gaurd my entrance next year
