This is it, my first attempt at Monster Mud! I must say, this has been fun! I know I completely missed the concept of teaser pictures, early on!
You'll have to forgive the damaged hands, he took a couple of nasty falls! The last one being today just before being photographed.

Parts List:
Skull Fogger bought from yard sale-$5
1/4" x 2" wood slats-scavenged-free
poultry wire partial roll-$2
Burlap-$8
Red oops paint half of 1 gal. can- .50
Whatever color you call that on the clothing oops paint, half gal.-.50
Black paint 1 gal. used very little- $1
Rope scavenged-free
plywood scavenged-free
drywall screws left over from other projects-.25
Fog Juice given to me from host of haunt-free.
Hands from Big Lots-$7
plastic mask $1
Latex appliances $14
Gorilla Glue-$1.75 just used a little
Latex Vampire Teeth-$3
Total-$44.
I built my frame using pieces of 1/4" x 2" wood. I figured stapling the wire would be easier than trying to attach it to PVC. I wrapped the burlap around the wire form in the usual manner I guess.
For the head, I used a cheap goofy looking plastic mask with holographic eyes. I then glued the latex appliances with Gorilla Glue. I added MM on the mask to blend the appliances together.
I took the fogger out of the skull it came in. I attached it to a cross member in the back, and bent the copper tube that the fog comes out of upward toward the face. I experimented with tubing, but I was getting a condensation build up that worried me, so I scrapped the idea. The wires were routed down the leg and out the side of it's foot. I also originally tried to put a light inside the head to light up the eyes and mouth, but the fog over powered it and you couldn't see the light. It got pretty hot inside of it as well.
I used a pressure feed paint tank with my air compressor to paint it.
Thanks for putting on this contest, it was fun!
